Delete your CyberQue account
You can delete your CyberQue account and the data attached to it at any time: in the app, or on this page if you no longer have the app.
In the app
Open CyberQue, tap the account button at the top right, then Delete account.
On this page
Sign in with the account you want to delete.

This deletes, on every device:
- your sign-in, name and email
- your scores, history and mistakes
- your access to anything you bought. It isn’t refunded. If you come back, you can buy it again with the same Google account.
This can’t be undone.
Your account has been deleted. Everything listed below as deleted is gone. You can close this page.
If you can’t sign in
If you no longer have access to the account’s Google sign-in or email, email developer@immunpilot.com from the address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my CyberQue account”. Sending from that address is how we confirm the request is yours; we will not delete an account on someone else’s word. We confirm receipt, delete the account within 30 days, and confirm when it is done.

Purchase and order records, with your account removed from them, so a refund through Google Play can still be processed and for tax and accounting purposes, generally for several years. |
Before you delete
- Deletion is permanent. Progress cannot be recovered afterwards.
- It does not refund anything. Refunds are handled by Google Play, not by us. If you want one, request it before deleting.
- You can buy again later. Deleting releases the purchase in Google Play, so if you return you can buy it again with the same Google account. A new account does not get the old purchase back on its own.
